Lingala for beginners

Lingala is one of the main languages spoken in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Congo-Kinshasa) and the Republic of Congo (Congo-Brazzaville). It has more than 10 million speakers and it is also spoken in parts of Angola and Central African Republic. Famous Congolese stars like Pépé Kallé, Koffi Olomide have also made it popular through music in other African countries, so you can hear it in the streets of Lagos, Lomé or Nairobi.

The participants of the course will learn basic vocabulary and basic communication skills through reading, listening and conversation.

Length of the course: 15 weeks/60minPrize: 2500CZKThe course will most probably take place every Monday night. The starting date will be agreed after we register a sufficient number of participants.

The teacher is a native speaker from Congo who speaks Czech and English very well.
