This report embodies the findings of a study of the implications of climate change for land in terms of inherent quality of the land, its biotic cover, desertification of the land, human adaptive land management strategies and land policy options in the wake of climatically-induced increased human vulnerability in Ghana.
It also reports the findings of an investigation into synergies in the actions taken nationally in pursuit of the goals and objectives of the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change), CBD (the Convention on Biodiversity), and CCD (Convention to Combat Desertification).
